Hello and welcome. I'm Nicole, a Certified Integrative Health Coach, and student of Harvard Medical School, specializing in guiding women through the exciting (and sometimes chaotic) adventure of midlife into menopause.

I’m also the host of the Hot & Healthy Menopause podcast, a TEDx Speaker, 3 x #1 bestselling author, and a happy solo world traveller with a passion for reviewing retreats. But most importantly, I’m here to help you navigate midlife with a whole lot of heart.

My own journey through menopause reshaped everything — my health, my relationships, and my career. Living it firsthand showed me just how powerful the right support, conversations, and strategies can be. That’s why I now dedicate my work to guiding women and workplaces through this stage with tools that actually make a difference.

My mission is simple: to make menopause something we can talk about openly — at work, at home, and with each other — while giving women the confidence and energy to step into their next chapter.
